Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Lecmo (TRN 105053561400003) you confirm the following, and you agree that these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The address and contact details you provide are accurate.
  • You have read our shipping, returns, and privacy policies.

Prices and currency

  • Prices are set manually for each market and shown in its local currency (AED, SAR, OMR, USD).
  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged — no hidden fees.
  • No surprise customs duties: we ship locally inside each market.

Payment

  • Major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.
  • Tabby — pay in instalments where available.
  • Cash on delivery in the markets where it is offered.
  • Gift orders are card-only — the recipient is never asked to pay.
  • If a payment is declined the order is not confirmed; try again or contact us.

Authenticity guarantee

  • Every fragrance is original, sourced from the maison or its authorized distributors.
  • Never grey-market, never a replica.
  • Each bottle is sealed and inspected before dispatch.
  • Doubt a bottle you received? Send us a photo and we verify it personally.

Loyalty, ambassador, and gift programs

  • Points, ambassador commissions, and gift credit are personal and non-transferable.
  • They hold no cash value outside our store.
  • Program rules may change from time to time, with notice on this page.
  • Existing balances are always honored under the rules in force when they were earned.
  • Any content created by a Lecmo ambassador about Lecmo — including photos, videos, and written posts — may be used by Lecmo for commercial purposes under the ambassador agreement.

Intellectual property

  • All imagery, copy, brand marks, and the Lecmo name are ours or used under license.
  • Commercial republication requires written permission.
  • Sharing on social media with credit is always welcome.

Disputes

  • Write to us first — we resolve nearly every issue within 48 hours.
  • Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

  • These terms may be updated occasionally.
  • The version in force is the one published on this page on the day of your order.
  • Material changes are highlighted in our newsletter.
