Return Policy – LECMO Perfume

 

1. Return Window

You have 48 hours (two days) from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.


 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.


 

3. Replacement Guidelines

To ensure customer satisfaction, LECMO will follow these directives:

  • Replacement if there is any damage to pumps, caps, or bottles.

  • Replacement of a perfume set depending on the extent of the damage.


 

4. How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods.

7. Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will process the refund as soon as possible after we receive the product, but please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the product from you.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
